I see what you mean

 While vertically striped uniforms are normally a sign of a person's detention, this season it became a trend illustrated well by the Marc Jacobs spring runway.

 Everything black and white has a spring summer tag too - including squares, polka dots and houndstooth prints. I subconsciously started feeling this attraction  when I was about to buy a complete striped pantsuit in San Francisco as an Alcatraz souvenir. 

My flight from Paris to Milan is scheduled in a few hours, so I'll see you in Italy for an exciting fashion week!
