Strawberries and Vogue

Arrived in Paris this morning feeling a little bit tired; so I decided to stay home before the Zadig&Voltaire presentation this afternoon. 

Nothing makes me feel better than a long bath, some fresh strawberries and my Vogue.

The Roberto Cavalli FW'12/13

I arrived  last minute to the Roberto Cavalli FW'12 show. As soon as I entered the big tent at Piazza Sempione, everyone was already in their seats. The lights went off as I reached mine. Models started walking wearing sequined dresses and skirts  . Leather jackets with gloves that made me remember the 90's glamour vibe Naomi rocked along with Linda and Kate Moss. It was all about luxurious Cavalli! That moment actually came live when Naomi Campbell closed in the most classy and glamazon way the runway show!

As Fausto said over some interviews, he loves jewelry, being free, and defines his clothes as physical and ferocious. It's a true and real statement. We love him.


 I just can't believe how big is the detail in this dress in the shoulder and waist zone, apart from the color shocking. It is a crystal and studded handmade heaven transformed into Fausto Puglisi luxurious design! 
Fausto does the Roman gladiator luxury so well, that has Madonna and the great Anna Dello Russo craving for it. As I do too, very much . J'adore!!

Dolce&Gabbana Fall sunglasses come sooner!

I saw today earlier these colored Rose detailed sunglasses at the Dolce runway show (only some of the incredible things I saw). They would be SO good for this spring/summer. At least the wait will be good!

Today's details

Ciao!! I arrived friday morning to Milan, and it has been a non-stop show to show, and meeting to meeting schedule, followed by delicious meals with amazing company. That's why I love Milan and Italy overall, everything feels so warm and welcoming. 


   This is what I'm wearing today!! Perfection translated in a Fausto Puglisi dress. I wanna wear it FOREVER, really.  
I just came back from the Dolce & Gabbana show. It was a perfect Sicilian tribute, and just as every season, I reall couldn't believe my eyes! Stay tuned, much more photos are of FW looks and shows are coming!! Time to leave for the Versus show and then for the Dolce party.

NY on ice: The Moncler Grenoble show

Last sunday at Central Park, I was incredibly amused by the Moncler Grenoble fashion show. A show that converted itself into a real ice spectacle. 

Guided by the Moncler staff through Central Park, we arrived at  Wollman's rink, with an astonishing NYC view. 

 Skaters fully dressed up in Moncler's traditional winter clothing, entered the ice rink. They danced to M.I.A with "bad girls"  and then with a live chorus, that kept everyone's attention and emotion growing exponentially until the very end.

At some point, I forgot where I was, and went back to Christmas time. I was watching a beautiful holiday performance in New York City with freezing cold, followed by a celebration with hot cider and hot wine. Experience to remember.

My Moncler jacket

This is one of my favorite gifts from NYC.  I've always wanted a Moncler jacket. After two days of having it, I can just say that is perfectly warm and too beautiful. 

So glad of having it after watching that amazing show they threw at Central Park this NYFW!

I found these platforms in NYC! They are so simple and yet the red patent stripes make a shiny difference to anything I pair them with. Mainly comfortable, but still with a perfect height. All we need for spring.
